Service Decorating & Design
ASI provides a full range of decorating services for both the
interior and exterior of your home. This may include design planning, fabric
and furniture selection and placement, accessory and art selection and
placement, custom window treatments, wallpaper hanging, custom florals. From
dining rooms to decks, powder rooms to porches, ASI can do it all!
Room Redesign - Your Stuff With Style!
If you've got a lot of stuff but not a lot of money, try our redesign
service. We discover the home you want within the home you have!
Using the furniture and accessories you already own, we transform your room. We begin with emptying your space and
analyzing the focal point of the room. We then reset your furniture, wall art,
and accessories in the perfect arrangement. We also provide you with
a shopping list if your room is in need of a few more finishing touches. The
average room takes three to four hours!
Fees
Unlike traditional interior designers who are product driven
(meaning they need to sell you expensive things like furniture and custom
window treatments in order to make money), ASI is service driven. You pay a
simple fee for our time - nothing else! There are never any hidden charges.
When you hire ASI, you hire our experience and expertise and you
pay for our time. Additionally, unlike traditional designers, we do not get "kickbacks" from
suppliers/ tradesmen for bringing business to them. We ask them to give our
clients the best price possible - they don't build in 10% - 20% for us. This
allows you to be confident that our recommendations are based on what we truly
feel would work in your space and nothing else!
Full Service Interior Decorating
& Design
We begin with a visit to your
home to help you develop a plan that will result in a wonderful room...on your
budget. The initial consultation is a fact finding and problem-solving mission.
It's more inspiration than perspiration! Floor plans, furniture selections,
color schemes, lighting, accessories, custom window treatments, wall coverings,
faux finishes, or just plain good advice, whatever you need, we can help. Even
if you are a Do-It-Yourselfer, let us help you get on the right track and spend
your money and time wisely.
Full Service Decorating
& In-Home Consultations . . . $85.00/hour (one hour minimum)
Room
Redesigns
Redesign Consultation Service: $85.00/hour
(one-hour minimum) A typical redesign consultation takes 90 minutes.
One Day Makeovers start at just $199.00*/room (most average-size rooms cost $250.00)
*An additional fee of $20/hr will be charged for rooms requiring
an assistant due to large furniture pieces or a large amount of accessories.
